Hi! I’m Mercedes, I run LouLou’s Permanent Jewelry inside of Brow Louie! Outside of LouLou’s I am a full time dance teacher. I have always been very creative and passionate about art! I also love fashion and accessorizing. Jewelry is one of my favorite accessories as it is chic and timeless. It is a simple yet important touch to make you feel even more confident.
