Home care for your pets
Founded in 2022 by a professional pet sitter with 12 years of experience, Summertime Pets believes in bringing you peace of mind. You can relax when you know your pets are in good hands. Pet owners can count on us to provide premium care for their pets.
We believe in building relationships with clients and their furry family members. If a client trusts us with their pets, we feel that we have an obligation to honor that trust by providing the best services possible. We currently service Reston, Herndon, and Chantilly.

Dog Walking
Do you have a busy schedule?
Working all day? Don’t worry, Summertime offers reliable dog walking services in Reston, Herndon and Chantilly!
Daily Walks can be scheduled for any day or days of the week and are considered an ongoing service but you may cancel at any time. You can schedule a block of time that suits your pet in 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute increments. Typically, Daily Walks are given between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., but if you need walks outside of that time frame we can accomodate your needs.

Door to Door Pet Transport
Your pet’s happiness is as important to us as it is to you. With the utmost care and attention to detail we make sure that we safely transport your pets from one place to another . There is a single rate of $30 for a destination that is 20 miles or less from the starting point.
Home Visits
Let your pets stay at home while you are at work or on vacation. Your pet can stay in their own home and stick with the daily routine they are used to. You can schedule a home visit in 20, 30 , 45 or 60 minute increments. The time can be used for bathroom breaks, feeding, and playtime. You can schedule anytime that suits your pets needs from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Holiday Pet Care
Holiday Visits are exactly the same as Home Visits, except we charge a $20 Holiday surcharge for that day. Our service is available for all Federal Holidays.

Overnight Stay
Only available to clients that have booked service before. This is to make sure the animals are comfortable with the sitter. The visit begins at dinnertime the night before and goes through morning.
