Step # 1
Send us an email with pictures of your furniture.
All items must be pre-approved.

Step # 2
Rather than deal with the hassle of having strangers come to your home and negotiate prices, leave it to us to display your furniture in our attractive show room for 90 days. Items must be in excellent condition. All furniture must be cleaned, undamaged, no stains, no rips, no missing parts, free of pet hair, smoke free, odor free and in functional order. Step # 3
When your furniture sells, we will inform you when your check is ready for 50% of the sale price.
