Working with Deborah at the champagne agency has been excellent so far. The number 1 best thing about it has been the fact that they were able to save me so much money. Im saving around $200 a month on my car/renters insurance and am actually getting a little bit more coverage. The number 2 best thing about it is how nice everyone there has been. No matter how many stupid questions I ask or how many times I bother them, they always end up answering my questions fully and with a friendly attitude. Deborah even goes and makes little videos to send you to make sure that you see everything with your own eyes and get a good explanation of things along with it. It's been awesome so far.
